Todays Workout

Ok for cardio i did 45 minutes of punching, kicking, elbows and knees. Used 1kg hand weights and 1kg leg weights just to make it a bit harder.

Did super sets of 2 sets 20 reps of the following:

  1. Chest Flyes on the exercise ball and pullup
  2. Squat/ upright row and diamond pushup
Short weights session today. Whole session took just over an hour, not bad for a total body workout.
