Todays workout:
Cardio- 40 minutes on the upright cycle- average level was 12 and average Heart Rate was 155, burnt 410 calories
Resistance-Abs-20 crunches, side bends, sit ups, leg raises, oblique twists and knees in and out.
Also did 3 sets of 25 reps of lateral raises, abductor and adductor machine.
5 minutes of stretches to end, full body and held for 15 seconds each.
