Im going to do this session twice per week fort he next 5 weeks or so. Benefits of this particular exercise programme include:
- Improved cardio
- Improved muscle endurance
- Overall total body exercise
- Improved flexiblilty
- Improved core strength
- Improved balance
Iv also incorporated 30 mins of cardio at the end of the session for increased fat burning (bit of weight to shift from xmas) and to improve my cardio output. Today i did random pace on the upright cycle.
