Happy New Year

Happy New Year to all.

Well its 2012 and its time to start and stick to your fitness resolutions.

My resolutions for fitness are:
  • Get under 15% fat
  • Total 100 pressups in one minute
  • Perform a near full box splits
  • Be able to run at a medium pace for 6 miles
  • Go kickboxing
  • Go swimming
A fair few to get to there and it will be no mean feat but with the correct fitness programme and the right amount of motivation anything is possible. My target is to achieve all this by May ( my birthday date).
