Anyways had a good workout consisting of the following:
- Back-PulldownRM, pull upsBW and back extensionRM
- Legs-Leg CurlRM, Leg extensionRM and leg pressRM
- Biceps-CurlsRM cable, Alt bicep curlsDB and Chin upsBW
- Abs-Crunches, sit ups, v sits, oblique twistsDB, knees in and out, side raisesDB and oblique twistsRM.
Going to feel it tomorrow =S
