My personal statistics

Ok heres a front and back view of myself before i start the 6 weeks training.Yesterday i gave my weight and fat percentage to give you an idea of other methods of how to measure yourself. Today i have measured girth measurements using a myotape, any old tape will do as long as it is flexible enough to go round the body and provide an accurate figure. I have also used bioelectrical scales which measure muscle percentage and visceral fat (as mentioned yesterday).Measurments are as follows
  • Waist-83.9cm
  • Hips-92.5cm
  • Chest-94cm (measured at fullest point, not flexed)
  • Biceps-Left-33cm   Right-33.5cm (flexed and measured to top of peak)
  • Thigh- Left-54cm   Right- 54cm
  • Calf- Left-35.5cm  Right-35.5cm
  • Fat%17.5
  • Muscle%40.4
  • BMI-21.9
  • Weight-75.9kg
  • Touching toes-my fingertips can just about touch my toes from a standing position
I will take measurements and photos again in 6 weeks time to see what the results are.
My main aims in the next 6 weeks shall be to gain some muscle size (muscle hypertrophy), increase my flexibility and to lose some body fat. I will be using all types of fitness principles from martial arts, P90X, spartan 300 workout and loads more so keep posted for my reviews and tips.
Urrghh going to be hard laying off the takeaways, they taste too good =(
