Ok no exercises what so ever today, just relax and unwind and let my muscles have a break from doing anything (after all what are sundays for).
If your wondering what 'dirt day' is its just my way of saying time for some junk food. Im not a mega healthy eater but i generally try to eat what my body needs most days of the week then one day of the week i treat myself for my hard work with something fatty and sugary.
Sure if your looking to get fit you may need to change your diet somewhat but theres nothing wrong with a little treat now and again (just not everyday day) and it gives you something to look forward to. I remember back in my kickboxing days i used to have a mega strict diet and psychologically i found it was quite discouraging as it didnt make me happy so my advice would be treat yourself once in a while and keep your spirit happy =).
Back to training tomorrow for the second week of my six week plan, cant wait.
