Day 12- Legs, Back and biceps

Thought id try a home workout today rather than go to the YMCA. People seem to assume that you have to go the gym to get fit but truth is your home can be just as good.

Today i did the following:
  1. Legs- SquatBB, Front lungesDB and DeadliftBB
  2. Back- Pull upsBW, Single arm rowsDB and DeadliftBB
  3. Biceps- Hammer curlsDB, curlsRB(resistance bands) and concentration curlsDB.
I have recently got some resistance bands and iv been giving them ago and so far am really impressed with them, they are easy to use and take up no space. The strength of the bands can be changed to suit your own strength and iv found that you can work your whole body from various positions, will defintitely be incorporating them over the various weeks for sure.
