Rest day today so did stretches all over the body to loosen up the muscles. To devleop your flexibility i would say stretching between 5-7 times a week, holding the stretch position for between 15-30 seconds, if you can hold longer that is great, i tend to hold a box split position for well over 2 minutes (really trying to get my flexibility back for kickboxing).
Also practiced my jab, cross, front and rear elbow on the punch bag. I know its my rest day but doesnt mean have to do absolutely nothing right =).
